In support of the customer’s first aviation ultrasonic cleaning line in China, Shanghai Twins was responsible for detailed design and material selection for steel structure platforms, sandwich panels, piping and ducting (including air ducts, water pipes, exhaust pipes, etc.). We performed rigorous structural strength calculations and verifications to ensure full compliance with technical specifications. Our technical team provided comprehensive onsite supervision for installation and system commissioning, enabling the customer to start up the line on schedule.

Building on the successful Haikou collaboration, the customer re‑engaged Shanghai Twins for engineering, supply, and installation/commissioning supervision for their ultrasonic cleaning line in Chengdu – again covering steel structures, sandwich panels, and complete piping systems. Leveraging standardized drawings and parameters from the prior project, we delivered the work with a shorter design turnaround while maintaining high-quality execution at the new site. This delivery further cemented our long‑term strategic partnership with the customer.
